As a partnership, we would like to hear your experiences with our organisation. This can be either a compliment or a critical note. Your input allows us to evaluate and improve the way we work. Where necessary, we will also talk to you.
A compliment is always welcome. You can give your compliments directly to the staff member who helped you, which is a nice endorsement. You can also pass it on to our organisation via secretariaat@swvamsterdamdiemen.nl.
As a school or parents, you can file a complaint if you are dissatisfied with the partnership. A complaint should be filed within one year.
As parents, do you disagree with the decision of the partnership about an admission statement for special primary education (sbo) or special education (so)? Then you can lodge an objection. You have six weeks after the final decision on the admission statement to do so.
