Are you moving to Amsterdam? Or do you want to change schools? Then you can make your child apply to another school. The new school will then see if they have a place. If they do, they will want more information about your child. They will also request information from the current school.
You can go on the school guide find which schools there are. You can find more information on the school websites and contact the school if you have any questions. Do you know which school you want? Then register your child with the school.
It gives the school an insight into the desired support. The school then looks to see if they can provide it. If they cannot then the school must explain this. And find another school for your child.
If you do not give permission then the school may indicate that they cannot then investigate whether the school can provide the support. The school cannot meet that duty of care.

Yes, it is allowed. If a school can prove that the class is full, the school has no duty of care. You then have to find another school by yourself, you can get help from the school in this.
The school should investigate whether they can provide the necessary support. If the school cannot then they should explain this well. And finding a suitable school for your child. This could be another regular primary school. Or a form of special (primary) education, for this purpose a Support Team with us requested.
