Filing a complaint

As a school or parents, you can file a complaint if you are dissatisfied with the partnership. A complaint should be filed within one year.

Our complaints procedure includes the following:

You can send the complaint by e-mail or post to the director-director of the partnership:

You sign the complaint and the complaint will state at least:
> Your name, address and e-mail address
> A date
> A description of the complaint.
You will receive confirmation of receipt within five working days. Except during school holidays, when it takes longer. Depending on your complaint, we will consider the appropriate next step. For example, we may call you or send you an invitation for a personal interview. During the meeting, you can explain your complaint. The purpose of the conversation is to listen carefully to each other and come to a resolution of the complaint. If a solution is found, you will receive a letter that your complaint has been dealt with.
